  1. Setting up services platform – Industry Resource Centre - BKIT (Banks /Financial Co + Knowledge shop – Universities + ICT/IT + Training Centre) under one roof for existing and upcoming industry and services sector   

  2. Knowledge Value Chain at 4 pillars; Digitalization, 4.0 (IoT, AI) + Applied research – R&D institutes + Academia – Basic research + Implementation – BDSP (Business development service providers), Engineering

  3. Industrial, Agri Sectors Cooperation: (Existing SME and upcoming SEZ/EPZ)

  • Youth – SME –G 20 triangle for Existing SME 5 level linkages (Trade, joint ventures, Technology, Training, competitiveness) 

  • Setting up Eco industrial parks/SEZ/EPZ for Maize Sugarcane based 48 bio projects and captive hydro power plants by expat like Sialkot Airport in private sector in collective with Wheeling arrangements for SEZ
